My Personal Journey

I’ve always been mad—mad about life, mad about art, mad about ideas, and mad about pushing boundaries. That’s why I created The Mad Ash—not just as a name, but as a philosophy.

From Satara to the UK, my journey has been anything but ordinary. Whether it was navigating different cultures, diving deep into branding, or challenging societal norms, I’ve always believed that madness isn’t chaos—it’s creativity, passion, and the courage to stand out.

Through The Mad Ash, I’m here to share, teach, entertain, and inspire—whether it’s through my personal journey, my creative projects, or my ever-growing curiosity about the world.

My
Professional Journey

At my core, I’m a creator, storyteller, and brand strategist. I’ve had the privilege of working on 50+ brands, from small projects to large-scale campaigns, shaping identities that resonate and leave a lasting impact.

For me, branding isn’t just about strategy—it’s about crafting experiences, evoking emotions, and telling stories that matter.

Stepping into this new role, I’m excited to take Kit & Caboodle’s marketing to the next level—this time with a seat at the New Business table.

I’m not just here to communicate what we do—I’m here to help shape where we go next. From strategy to storytelling, I’ll be working closely with leadership to connect our bold creative with bigger opportunities and measurable growth.

When I joined Kit & Caboodle, I didn’t just step in—I shook things up. From revamping the website and transforming social media to launching our YouTube presence and amplifying our digital footprint, I’ve been on a mission to make the brand as bold as the experiences we create.

With a mix of strategy, creativity, and a little madness, I’ve led a collaborative effort to explore new platforms, leverage emerging trends, and reshape our market positioning—all while working closely with the CEO and Director to craft a brand that doesn’t just exist but stands out.

From running around on-site to curating content behind the scenes, I got a front-row seat to the magic of experiential marketing. I reimagined the identity of Karavanaoke, crafted stories that clicked online, and supported both the creative and production teams—learning how strategy and spontaneity come together to create unforgettable brand moments.

I spearheaded a branding and packaging redesign, conducting in-depth market research to refine brand positioning. From orchestrating a factory video shoot to strategizing YouTube and social media campaigns, I ensured every move was purposeful and impactful.

Leading both in-house and outsourced creative teams, I drove seamless execution, delivering content that truly resonated.

Juggling creativity, strategy, and a whole lot of deadlines, I led a powerhouse creative team, making sure every visual, video, and campaign hit the mark. From revamping content with outsourced editors to steering Shemaroo’s collaboration with Facebook, I kept things running smoothly while maximizing engagement.

Ad campaigns? Planned and executed across YouTube and social media. In-house team? Guided on scheduling and brand storytelling.

And when it came to high-stakes presentations? I teamed up with the COO to craft pitches that turned heads and sealed deals. A mix of strategy, creativity, and just the right amount of madness!

Executive - Brand Solutions

Jan 2020 - Jul 2021

Diving deep into client research and industry trends, I uncovered insights that shaped tailored marketing strategies and compelling pitches. When it came to the Shemaroo x Pidilite (Fevicol) project, I didn’t just make a presentation—I built a deal-closing masterpiece that sealed the deal and earned client appreciation.

From crafting persuasive brand narratives to delivering pitches that hit the right chord, I turned research into results and ideas into impact!

Sales Trainee,
Retail Sales Management

Jan 2018 - Mar 2018

Rebranding Karavanaoke wasn’t just about a facelift—it was about making it bigger, bolder, and more fun! From managing social media to supporting the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams, I was hands-on from brief to post-production.

Engaging with clients, creating content, and making sure every post, interaction, and app feature hit the right note—I kept the Karavanaoke energy alive, online and on the ground.

Working with brands like Harley Davidson, Sanjay Hyundai, Lions Club, and Splendour Country, I wasn’t just marketing—I was building experiences.

From market research to campaign strategies, I handled everything, including cost planning, client management, and execution. Successfully launched new logos, websites, visiting cards, and brochures—because a brand glow-up is always a win!

If you've ever walked into a store and reached for a pack of Good Day, Bourbon, or NutriChoice, chances are, I had a hand in making sure it was right there in your line of sight! From concept creation and customer engagement to product placement and stock management, I worked on positioning Britannia’s biscuit and rusk range for maximum sales—because the best products deserve the best spot on the shelf!

Because normal is boring.
Because playing it safe never changed the world.

I believe in asking the uncomfortable questions, embracing every emotion, &
expressing life in its rawest form.

Through The Mad Ash,
I want to help others see

the power of their own madness!
